At Biketivist®, we are proud of the premium and original apparel we produce, but firmly believe that customers have the right to change their minds. If you meet the following 3 conditions we will happily issue an exchange for you.
Item(s) must be returned:
Within 14 consecutive days of purchase;
“As-New” unworn and unused with the original tags still attached; and
In the original packaging which must be in the original condition.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if this policy has not been adhered to.
Note: Unless the product is faulty, any additional postage costs for returning items will be at your expense. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. All gift cards are non-refundable.
How to make a return
If you need to return an item, please start by emailing us at email@example.com prior to returning the product to us. When returning products, wrap the package securely and include your receipt and reason why you are returning your item.

You are responsible for safely packaging your return to ensure we receive the items in good condition.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning your item/s. We do not take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit, in which case an exchange won’t be issued.
We do not offer refunds if you change your mind. We would be happy however to exchange it for something else.
We can only process returns for purchases made from the biketivist.cc website and not from our retail partner stores. Please contact the retail store you purchased your Biketivist products from to discuss their returns policy.
For international returns please allow at least 10 working days from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return or exchange has been processed.

In the case that you would like to make an exchange on your purchase due to change of mind, or improper fit, please follow the steps below in the ‘How to make a return’ section.
If you're swapping your product/s due to improper fit and are requesting the same item in a different size, please note that we cannot guarantee that exchange items will be available at the time your order is processed; in the case the size you're after is not available, a refund will be issued.
If you're swapping your product/s due to change of mind, you are welcome to exchange them for other item/s of equal of greater value. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item/s. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange (based on the 3 return conditions stated under our ‘Returns Policy’ section).
If your exchange is approved, then the exchanged item/s will be shipped back to you within 7 business days. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Faulty products and returns
We hope our customers are always stoked with our products, however we understand that unfortunately on rare occasions faults may occur. If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us at email@example.com to request either an exchange or a refund.
If you’re requesting a refund: you will have to post your item/s back to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund (on the basis of the product being actually faulty).
If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. This credit will cover both the return shipping cost and the amount you initially paid for the faulty item/s.
If you’re requesting an exchange: the new item/s must be of equal of greater value. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If your exchange is approved, then the exchanged item/s will be shipped back to you within 7 business days. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You will receive a credit for the shipping costs you incurred when returning the faulty item/s.
Standard wear and tear is not covered under warranty.
Late or missing returns
If you haven’t received your refund within 7 working days after receiving your refund email confirmation please contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
